Supervisor Operations (m/f)Tâches
- Gestion technique et disciplinaire ainsi que motivation et développement d'une équipe de quatre collaborateurs
- Collaboration étroite avec la direction VWLFS ainsi qu'avec le Supervisor Sales et Back Office
- Interlocuteur central pour tous les acteurs dans le domaine des opérations (clients, concessionnaires, vendeurs, collègues, etc.), notamment en cas de situations particulières
- Responsabilité et soutien dans le domaine de la gestion des contrats ainsi que du traitement du service clientèle lié au du véhicule (assurance, entretien, pneus, etc.)
- Évaluation et analyse des principaux indicateurs de performance, ainsi que des dérivations et suivi des mesures correctives.
- Lancement et réalisation de projets d'amélioration continue de l'efficacité et de l'automatisation dans son propre domaine.
Profil
- Diplôme de licence ou de master avec au moins 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine administratif, de préférence dans un garage automobile avec responsabilité de gestion d'une équipe.
- Méthode de travail autonome, organisée et orientée vers les objectifs
- Excellente aptitude à travailler en équipe et à communiquer, capacité à s'imposer et attitude positif.
- Grande flexibilité et résistance au stress
- Forte orientation client et expérience dans la résolution de conflits pour garantir la satisfaction du client
- Très bonne connaissance de l'allemand et du français ; la connaissance du luxembourgeois et de l'anglais est un avantage.

- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Motivierung und Entwicklung eines Teams von vier Mitarbeitern
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung VWLFS sowie des Supervisor Sales und Back Office
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner für alle Akteure im Umfeld von Operations (Kunden, Händler, Verkäufer, Kollegen, usw.), insbesondere bei Sondersachverhalten
- Verantwortung für und Unterstützung im Bereich Vertragsmanagement sowie der Abwicklung des Kundenservice rund um das Fahrzeug (Versicherung, Wartung, Reifen, etc.)
- Auswertung und Analyse der wichtigsten Leistungsindikatoren sowie Ableitung und Weiterverfolgung von Korrekturmaßnahmen
- Initiierung und Durchführung von Projekten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Effektivität und Automatisierung im eigenen Bereich
Profil
- Abgeschlossener Bachelor- bzw. Masterabschluss mit mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im administrativen Bereich, vorzugsweise im Autohaus mit Führungsverantwortung eines Teams
- Eigenständige, organisierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit gepaart mit Durchsetzungs-fähigkeit und mit positiver Ausstrahlung
- Hohes Maß an Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Erfahrung im Lösen von Konflikten zur Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen, französischen Sprache; Kenntnisse der luxemburgischen und englischen Sprache sind von Vorteil

Supervisor Operations (m/w)Aufgaben
- Technical and disciplinary steering as well as motivation and development of a team of four employees
- Close cooperation with the management VWLFS as well as the Supervisor Sales and Back Office
- Central contact person for all stakeholders in the area of Operations (e.g. customers, dealers, salesmen, colleagues, etc.), especially for non-standard issues
- Responsibility for and support in the areas of contract management as well as the handling of customer service related to the vehicle (insurance, maintenance, tires, etc.)
- Evaluation and analysis of key performance indicators as well as derivation and follow-up of corrective actions
- Initiation and implementation of projects for continuous improvement of effectiveness and automation in own area
Profil
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least 3 years of professional experience in the administrative area, preferably in a car dealership with management responsibility of a team
- Independent, organized and goal-oriented way of working
- Strong teamwork and communication skills combined with assertiveness and positive charisma
- High degree of flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Strong customer orientation and experience in solving conflicts to ensure customer satisfaction
- Very good knowledge of German and French; knowledge of Luxembourgish and English is an advantage
